I'm here to make your cleaning experience most efficient!
Cleaning charges are: 2-cleaning ladies each 1 1/2 hour
period of cleaning is a minimum $99. (three woman hours), all cleaning
is prorated thereafter.
#1. IMPORTANT: Please provide one person to
walk through explaining everything you require to have cleaned, and the same
person for final inspection.
a) we require one person supervisor, e.g., if husband
explains not to clean oven and leaves, then wife arrives later to inspect
cleaning and is unhappy because oven is not cleaned, this mis-communication can
cause a problem in your cleaning experience.
b) if you are a dual team please arrange for only one person
to supervise instruct "walk through cleaning requirements" and same
person for "final inspection."
#2. Additional charges: All soaps and cleaning supplies used
to clean your home. NOTE: we only charge what we are
required to pay at the store, we do not mark-up profit from
cleaning supplies, you are only reimbursing us our cleaning
supply expense. It is best to allow us to use our cleaning
supplies as we may easily find our cleaning supplies quickly as needed making
"work time" most efficient, however, we will use any cleaning supplies you
instruct and provide for us to use.
